      摘要:旨在探究体育赛事发展中的引致需求、现存问题与供给侧的优化路径,为更好的促进体育赛事产业的发展提供理论参考。以文献资料法为主要研究方法,引入引致经济理论对我国体育赛事的引致需求多元诱因与引致生产要素进行了探讨,构建了体育赛事基本引致需求模型。分析认为当前我国体育赛事供给侧存在着管理的服务性不足,发展综合服务平台缺位,“委托-代理”错位,“单一中心”路径依赖,赛事运作中“产品意识”与“人才支撑”不足等问题。基于此从产业层面和要素层面提出了优化供给的路径:产业层面要打造具有国际影响力的职业体育赛事,完善自主培育和赛事申办相互促进布局,丰富群众体育赛事,培育赛事产品消费主体,促进赛事产业转型提档,实现从国内到国际的价值链升级;要素层面不断的改革体育赛事管理体制,提升服务职能;完善赛事市场治理体系,活跃赛事资本市场,优化赛事人才队伍建设,优化赛事要素供给,全面实施体育赛事质量提升工程。

      Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore the derived demand, current problem and supply side optimization of China’s sports event, and to provide a theoretical reference for promoting the development of sports industry better. Based on the method of literature review and the theory of induced economy, this paper discussed the multiple inducements and production factors of the derived demand of sports events in China, and constructed the basic induced demand model of sports events. The study pointed out that there are some problems on the supply side of sports events in China, such as the lack of service management, the absence of comprehensive service platform, the dislocation of "principal-agent" and the dependence of "single center" path, and the insufficiency of "product awareness" and "talent support" in the operation of sports events. Based on this, the study put forward the ways to optimize the supply from the industrial level and the factor level: in industrial level, we should create professional sports events with international influence, improve the layout of mutual promotion between independent cultivation and competition bidding, enrich the mass sports events, cultivate the main consumers of sports products, promote the transformation of the competition industry, and realize the upgrading of the value chain from domestic to international; in factor level, we should constantly reform the management system of sports events, enhance the service function; improve the management system of the competition market, and activate the competition capital market, optimize the construction of talent team, optimize the supply of event elements, and comprehensively implement the project of improving the quality of sports events.
