      摘要:主要采用文献资料调研、聚类分析、专家访谈等方法,以新中国成立以来颁布的幼儿体育政策为研究对象,通过对政策的梳理、幼儿体育内容的分析。结果如下:1)相关政策的主要颁发机构为国务院、教育部与体育总局。2)幼儿师资培养过程中的体育及其教法内容逐减,近年来幼儿教师培训与考核中对体育能力的要求逐渐受到重视。3)幼儿园体育场地的相关规定较为完善,但幼儿体育器材的具体标准相对缺乏。4)历次国民体质监测方案中幼儿体育相关问卷的内容不一致,不利于对幼儿体育习惯的纵向监测与对比。在今后的政策制定时,应适当增加与丰富幼儿户外活动内容;注重幼儿教师培养过程中体育教学能力的提升,鼓励男性教师从事幼儿教育的一线工作;出台幼儿体育器材设计及质量标准;相对固定今后国民体质监测中幼儿体育相关问卷内容。

      Abstract: This study mainly adopted the methods of literature review, cluster analysis and experts interview, took the children’s sports policies promulgated since the founding of new China as research object, combed and analyzed the policies and young children’s sports content. The results were as follows: 1) The main issuing institutions for related policies are the State Council, the Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sport. 2) The contents of physical education and its teaching methods in the process of kindergarten teacher training are reduced. In recent years, the requirement for sports ability in early childhood teacher training and assessment has gradually been taken seriously. 3) The related regulations for kindergarten sports grounds are relatively complete. However, there are no specific standards for children's sports equipment. 4) The content of the questionnaire related to infant sports in the previous national physique monitoring programs is inconsistent, which is not conducive to the longitudinal monitoring and comparison of infant sports habits. In the future policy making, we should appropriately increase and enrich the content of outdoor activities for young children, pay more attention to the promotion of physical education ability in the process of preschool teachers' training, encourage the male teachers to work in the first line of preschool education, introduce the design of children's sports equipment and the quality standard, and relatively fixed?the contents of children's sports related questionnaires in national physical fitness monitoring.
