      摘要:运用认知心理学理论,主要采用文献资料法与田野调查法探讨史前身体运动形态与人类认知学习发展之间的关系,揭示体育运动在人类认知发展学习中的意义,拓展体育人类学研究的新思路。研究发现:史前身体运动形态是人类早期生产与生活方式的重要内容和体现,与人类的生存发展休戚相关,且其运动方式、类型与身体动作技能孕育了现代体育;人类早期的知识是人类认知学习发展的结果,其中包含有大量关于身体运动的知识和通过身体运动获得的知识,且这些知识主要是通过身体运动的方式进行传播的;人类早期的身体运动是人类认知世界的基本途径和基本方式,它拓展了人类认知世界的广度与深度,推进了人类认知学习水平的不断提升。最后探讨了开展包括体育在内的广义的身体运动对于促进儿童、青少年认知发展的重要意义,以及在体育学和体育人类学研究中引入认知心理学、认知人类学理论的未来研究设想。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Based on theory of cognitive psychology, this study used literature review and field investigation to explore the relationship between the prehistoric body movements and the cognitive learning development of human beings, hoped to reveal the significance of sports in human cognitive development and learning, and to expand the thinking of sports anthropology research. The findings concluded that these prehistoric body movements were all important contents and also the manifestations of early human beings’ production and life styles; they not only played essential means for early human being’s survival and development, but also bred the birth of modern sports activities with their modes, types and skills. Early knowledge of human beings was the results of the development of human cognition, which contained large proportions of knowledge related with body movements or learned from body movements, and the knowledge spread through body movements. As the basic forms and means of the interaction between early human being and the nature, body movements had expanded the breadth and depth of cognition and promoted early human being’s cognitive development. The paper also discussed the significance of the broad body movement, including sports, to promote the cognitive development of children and adolescents, and discussed the possibility of intruding the cognitive psychology and cognitive anthropology into the study of sports and sports anthropology.
