      摘要:依据2018年第65届美国运动学会(ACSM)学术年会、第9届“Exercise is Medicine(EIM)”世界大会内容,查阅相关文献资料,以EIM为基础,重点阐述2018年ACSM年会中5篇全身震动(WBV)交流论文及与其相关的WBV干预的研究现状。这些研究前沿和研究现状对进一步开展WBV健身效果的研究带来新启示和思路。研究认为,WBV能改善老年人姿势平衡、降低跌倒风险、增加身体功能和体成分、增进心血管系统和骨关节炎的神经肌肉表现等。WBV对健康促进效果显著。同时,也应该注意到,长期WBV干预对心血管系统健康和神经肌肉系统改善的影响仍不清楚,WBV干预与膝关节屈膝不同角度干预的积极效果间的相关性应进一步综合评定。需要深入开展涵盖下肢肌力、身体功能和体成分、姿势平衡和膝关节屈膝不同程度在内的系统的WBV评估体系构建,藉此使WBV健身手段获得正确评估,为WBV广泛开展提供更多科学依据。

      Abstract: Based on the contents of ACSM’s 65th Annual Meeting and the 9th World Conference on Exercise Is Medicine (EIM) in 2018, combined with related literatures and EIM concept, this study analyzed five researches of whole-body vibration (WBV) in the meeting and described the current research situation of WB. These research frontiers and the research status bring new enlightenment and ideas for further research on fitness effect of WBV. Studies have shown that WBV can improve postural balance, reduce the risk of falling, increase physical function and body composition, and enhance the cardiovascular system and neuromuscular performance of osteoarthritis in the elderly. WBV has a significant effect on health promotion. It should also be noted that the effects of long-term WBV intervention on cardiovascular system health and neuromuscular system improvement are still unclear, and the correlation between WBV intervention and the positive effects of different angles of knee flexion intervention should be further evaluated comprehensively. Further research should build a comprehensive evaluation system of WBV including the muscle force of lower extremity, body function and body composition, posture balance and knee flexion at different degrees, in order to correctly assess the WBV fitness method, and provide more scientific basis for the extensive development of WBV
