      摘要:体育产业的发展与我国经济发展息息相关,它需要社会各界的共同参与,需要政府充分发挥带头作用。随着体育事业的不断发展,传统的治理模式暴露出越来越多问题,难以适应社会发展的需要,而以政府,体育行业协会以及体育市场共同组成的多元化治理模式则能够更好地推动体育事业的发展。主要采用文献资料法等研究方法,对我国体育产业治理模式进行研究。研究结果:提出政府在体育产业治理中存在一些不足之处,例如:政府对自身定位不明确,未能积极发挥带头作用,此外,体育行业协会也存在一些管理漏洞和认知错误,处理与政府关系的问题等,体育中介组织在体育产业治理中存在类型认识不到位、无形资产开发等问题。研究结论:体育市场治理是推动体育产业良性发展的基础,吻合体育资源配置的经济学原理。但是,市场治理并非行业单方面的事情,而是政府,行业与市场共同的责任,因此,政府应根据国家相关法律政策统筹体育工作。未来,以体育行业协会为主的非政府组织的作用会更最突出;研究价值:通过深入分析当前我国体育产业的治理模式,挖掘其中的问题,并制定相应的解决方案,从而提高体育行业的治理效率,使我国体育产业的发展达到一个新的高度。

      Abstract: The development of the sports industry is closely related to the economic development of our country. It needs the joint participation of all sectors of the society and needs the government to give full play to the leading role. With the continuous development of sport, the traditional governance mode exposes more and more problems, it is difficult to meet the needs of social development, and the diversified governance model composed by the government, the sports industry association and the sports market can better promote the development of sport. This study analyzed China’s sports industry governance model by the method of literature review. Results: The government has some shortcomings in the management of sports industry, such as the government is not clear about its own positioning and has not been able to play a leading role; the sports industry association also has some management loopholes and cognitive errors, such as deal with the relationship with the government; and the sports intermediary organizations also have some problems, such as lack of recognition of industrial types, development of intangible assets. Conclusions: Sports market governance is the basis for promoting the healthy development of sports industry, and is in accordance with the economic principles of the allocation of sports resources. However, market governance is not a unilateral business, but a common responsibility of the government, industry and market. Therefore, the government should coordinate the sports work according to the relevant laws and policies of the state. In the future, the role of the non-governmental organization, which is dominated by the sports industry associations, will be more prominent. Research value: Through in-depth analysis of the current governance mode of sports industry in China, this study can dig out the problems and formulate corresponding solutions, so as to improve the efficiency of sports industry governance and make our sports industry develop to a new height.
