      摘要:运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,选取10所公办普通高等师范院校的社会体育指导与管理专业作为主要研究对象。针对国内近年来就业率较低的15个本科专业办学面临困境的客观现实,通过剖析社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养面临的现实困境,探讨以市场需求为“决定性”导向的专业人才培养模式架构,以期为探索普通高等师范院校社会体育指导与管理专业未来发展方向提供借鉴。提出了“大学科、新专业、小方向”的人才培养方向、路径图,。论证结果表明:重新大胆设计、缜密调整布局、完善立法保障、培育(引导、开发)市场需求机制、细分专业人才培养目标、重置“专业小方向”等举措,是化解本专业发展矛盾冲突、提升人才市场需求契合度的良策。

      Abstract: The social sports guidance and management major in ten normal colleges and universities in China were taken as research objective, and the methods of literature review, questionnaire investigation and mathematic statistics were used in this study. Study analyzed the objective reality of 15 undergraduate majors with low employment rate facing difficulties, analyzed the reality dilemma of social sports guidance and management major, explored the model structure of professional talents training based on the market demand as "decisive", hoped to provide references for the development of social sports guidance and management major in normal colleges and universities. Study put forward the training direction and path of “big subject, new specialty and small direction”. The results showed that bold design, carefully adjust the layout, perfecting the legislation safeguard, cultivating market demand (guide, development) mechanism, subdividing the target of talent cultivation, resetting measures such as "professional small direction" are the best measures to resolve the contradictions and conflicts in the development of the major and improve the demand for the talent market.
