      摘要:运用调查访谈法和理论分析方法,选取不同利益群体参与马拉松赛事为研究对象,旨在研究马拉松赛事持续参与行为形成的机制。研究结果表明,马拉松赛事持续参与行为形成是外部情境因素和个人心理需要因素交互内化的动态过程,也是赛事组织系统耦合的结果。马拉松赛事持续参与行为形成的机制可以简单概括为赛事组织系统从不同参与群体的利益诉求和支持的输入开始,经过赛事组织系统的运作、转换,形成了特定的服务功能的输出,经过具体执行产生了特定的刺激赛事参与行为的结果,再经过不断地反馈和调整再输出,使输出结果满足了不同群体的利益诉求,最后持续参与行为形成。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: This study analyzed participation of different interest groups in marathon events by the methods of investigation and theoretical analysis, aimed to find the mechanism of continuous participating behavior of marathon events. The results showed that the formation of sustained participation in marathon events is a dynamic process of internalization of external contextual factors and individual psychological needs, and is also a result of coupling of event organization system. The mechanism of continuous participating behavior of Marathon’s continuous is as follows. The event organization system begins with the input of different participating group’s interest demand and support, forms the output of specific service function after operation and transformation, then brings participation behavior by carrying out specific events, and finally produces continuous participating behavior to meet interest appeal of different groups after constant feedback and adjustment.
