      摘要:以连续3届获得全运会武术套路小全能亚军王晓娜为个案研究,运用专家访谈、文献资料等研究方法,通过对王晓娜训练实践进行总结,探究延长优秀女子武术套路运动员最佳竞技阶段体能训练的合理安排。结论:1)立足自身机体需要,深刻把握项目“动速静定”技能特征,采取动静有机结合练习,效果明显。2)巧妙利用技能训练后适度体能训练,有效增加运动负荷,隔日恢复,充分保证机体恢复,积累最佳体能储备。3)强化训练强度,使机体达到超量恢复的训练效果。利用课余时间学习知识,对提升自身理论知识储备,缓解心理疲劳有双效作用。4)有氧慢跑,积极促进机体恢复,为后期训练做准备。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: This paper took a case study on Wang Xiaona who is the silver medal winner in the all-round Wushu routine of three national games, and analyzed her training by the methods of expert interview and literature review, in order to explore appropriate arrangement of fitness training to extend the best competitive stage of elite female Wushu routine athletes. Conclusions: 1) Based on the needs of their own body, profoundly grasping the event feature of “quick action and static set” that combining static and dynamic has a good effect. 2) Proper fitness training after skill training and full body recovery accumulate the best physical reserve. 3) Strengthened training intensity makes the body achieve the effect of excess recovery training. Learning knowledge in spare time can enhance theoretical knowledge and alleviate psychological fatigue. 4) Jogging actively promotes body recovery for the late training.
