      摘要:文化资本对群体或者个人行动能力及工作、生活质量的影响越来越受到关注,为了深入研究普通高校体育教师文化资本的生成与发展机制,采用质性研究设计,基于扎根理论,对32位普通高校体育教师进行了访谈,并对访谈内容进行编码分析。研究结果表明:1)普通高校体育教师文化资本是一种具有学科特性的角色化文化资本,其生成条件包括个体条件和社会条件两个方面,且受个人生物条件和社会实践环境的限制;2)普通高校体育教师文化资本主要通过学校教育和教育实践进行积累和发展,发展的过程中体现了身体素质的依赖性、选择偏向性以及文化资本价值呈现迟滞性的特点;3)普通高校体育教师文化资本的积累途径主要包括教育积累、社会文化供求市场积累、组织积累和资源积累途径。建议对普通高校体育教师文化资本的积累与发展进行性别、学历、教龄和职称等不同层次的策略提升和路径设计,满足普通高校体育教师的价值诉求。旨在为普通高校体育教师的文化资本生成与发展问题提供参考,进而科学、合理地促进普通高校体育教师的职业成长。

      Abstract: More and more attention has been paid to the influence of cultural capital on group or individual’s ability, and on work and life quanlity. In order to study the formation and development mechanism of cultural capital of physical education (PE) teachers in universities, 32 PE teachers in universities were interviewed and the interview data was coding analyzed based on grounded theory by using qualitative research. Results: 1) The PE teachers' cultural capital in universities is a kind of role capital with academic characteristics, and its formation condition includes the personal condition and social condition with the limitations of personal biological condition and social practice enviroment. 2) The cultural capital of PE teachers in universities is accumulated by school education and education practice, which reflects the dependence of physical fitness, the bias of choice and the hysteresis of cultural capital value. 3) The accumulation ways of cultural capital of PE teachers in universities include education accumulation, the supply and demand of social culture, organization accumulation and resource accumulation. This study suggested that the accumulation and development of cultural capital of PE teachers in universities should be improved in different levels such as gender, education background, teaching age and professional title, so as to meet the value appeal of teachers. The purpose of this study was to provide reference for the questions about the formation and development of cultural capital of PE teachers in universities, and to promote PE teachers professional development.
