      摘要:运用结构功能理论和时空观理论,分析高校体育系统各要素的结构与功能,从宏观层面着眼于整个高校体育的系统,构建基于“大体育观”的普通高校体育四位一体——互联、互通、互动、互认的生态模式。研究认为,体育课主导体育规律认知与智力支持的功能;体育社团主导运动体验,提升身体素质的功能;运动会与体育节主导参与体验,繁荣校园文化的功能。该模式突出大学生主体地位与体质健康主体,摈弃学科课程观的片面性,倡导做强高校体育各要素的核心功能,拓展传统高校体育理念中的时空范畴,形成体系多元互联、互通、互动、互认,从体验与约束的角度重新审视大学生的体育参与动机,为扭转高校体育学生体质持续下滑困境提供借鉴。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: This study analyzed the structure and function of the elements of physical education system in colleges based on structure function theory and the theory of time and space, built a four-in-one ecological model integrating interconnection, intercommunication, interaction and mutual recognition from the macro level of the whole physical education system in colleges. The research shows that physical education course leads the functions of sports law cognition and intelligence support, sports associations lead sports experience and improve physical fitness, and sports meeting and sports festival lead participation experience and enrich campus culture. This new model of college physical education emphasized the main body status of students and physical health, abandons the one-sidedness of curriculum view, and promotes the core function of elements of physical education in colleges, expands the time and space concept of traditional sports, forms a system integrating interconnection, intercommunication, interaction and mutual recognition, reexamines the motivation of sports participation of college students from the perspectives of experience and restraint. This study hoped to provide reference for reversing the decline of college students' physical fitness.
