      摘要:为进一步澄清学校体育在学生体质发展中担负的角色及其限度,改变以往过于强调学科边界的体育教育观,运用文献资料法,分析了人的全面发展与体育、体育与学生体质的相互关系问题。研究认为,体育是实现学习者全面发展的重要条件之一。全面发展教育理论中的“体育”主要包括三层含义,分别是“目标的体育”“活动的体育”以及“课程的体育”。学生体质健康水平的提高属于“目标的体育”,对它的实现需要我们确立一种超越体育课程与活动的“泛体育教育观”,即将提高学生的体质作为一个系统工程,从学校教育而不只是学校体育的角度思考这一问题,并通过对教育观念、教学方式、政策监督反馈机制、评价机制等方面的优化,实现包含体质健康水平在内的学生综合素质的全面发展。

      Abstract: In order to further clarify the role and limitation of school physical education in the physical development of students, and change the concept of physical education which put too much emphasis on disciplinary boundary, this paper analyzed the relationship between people’s all-round development and physical education, the relationship between physical education and student’s physical quality by the method of literature review. The result showed that physical education is one of the important conditions to realize the all-round development of learners. Physical education in the theory of all-round development education mainly includes three meanings, “as the goal of physical education”, “as the activity of physical education” and “as a course of physical education”. The improvement of student’s physical health level belongs to the first meaning, and its realization needs us to establish the concept of extensive physical education that surpasses the physical education curriculum and activities. That is to take the improvement of student’s physical quality as system engineering, think this problem from the perspective of school education not only the school sports, and optimize the education concept, teaching methods, policy supervision and feedback mechanism, and evaluation mechanism, and to realize the all-round development of student’s comprehensive quality including their physical health level.
