      摘要:学校体育发展方式是学校体育发展的思维和行为方式的总和,是各种发展要素的不同组合设计和制度安排。不同的历史发展时期,对应着不同的发展方式,学校体育发展方式转变是促进学校体育良性运行的最根本要求。本研究运用文献资料法、问卷访谈法,根据我国学校体育发展的现状,分别从教育优先发展、建设体育强国、学校体育内部需求和外部制度环境等方面论述了我国学校体育发展方式转变的现实诉求。研究表明,学校体育发展方式转变的理论导向包括:转变形式上有渐进式和突变式;转变类型上需要从外延型向内涵型转变、从单一封闭型向多元开放型转变、从政策强迫型向内部自发型转变、从区域差异型向全面公平可持续型转变;转变的内容包括思想理念目标优化、资源配置目标优化、组织结构目标优化、制度安排目标优化;总体上要加强环境与资源集聚整合效应。只有学校体育发展方式转变的顺利实现,我国学校体育才能良性发展,才能促进教育事业和体育事业的全面、协调和可持续发展。

      Abstract: School physical education development mode is the sum of its thinking and behavior ways, made by different combinations of a variety of development elements and institutional arrangements. Different historical period has its own development way. The transformation of school physical education development mode is the most basic requirement to promote the healthy operation of school physical education. Based on the current situation of China school physical education, this paper analyzed its realistic demand of development mode transformation from the aspects that are priority of education develop, constructing sports power, its internal demand and external system environment, by the methods of literatures and questionnaire. The results showed that the theoretical guidance of school physical education development mode transformation includes that: the form has asymptotic formula and mutation type; the type needs change to connotation type from extension type, from closed type to open type, from policy enforcement to internal spontaneous, from regional difference to the comprehensive fair and sustainable type; the change contents include optimization of ideology, resource allocation, organizational structure, and system arrangement; the integration effect between environment and resource cluster should be improved. Only smooth realization of school physical education development mode transformation can make sure school physical education in our country to develop well, and can promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of education and sports undertakings.
