      摘要:深入分析日本职业足球发展战略,为中国职业足球改革与发展提供参考依据。采用文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法研究日本职业足球发展战略。结果表明:日本职业足球发展战略包括人才战略、财务战略和商品战略三个方面。人才战略上注重专门人才聘任与培养;财务战略上实施“分配金”制度;商品战略上注重J联盟品牌价值,并以比赛为中心,围绕着足球比赛衍生的各种各样商品进行金钱化运作。建议:中国足球协会应充分遵循职业足球发展规律。以市场为中心,重视人才战略,聘用专业足球人才及商业管理人才参与职业足球管理与商业经营工作;职业足球俱乐部应以现代公司为建设目标,提高自身商业经营与运作能力,提升在联赛中的竞争力。

      Abstract: In order to provide a theoretical basis for the reform and development of Chinese professional soccer, this paper analyzed Japanese professional soccer development strategy by the methods of literature review, field research and interview. Results: Japanese professional soccer development strategies include talent strategy, financial strategy and commodity strategy. Talent strategy focuses on training of specialized personnel appointment. Financial strategy carries out the “allocated gold” system. Commodity strategy pays attention to the brand value of J League, takes the match as the center and makes many thinks of derivatives for money operation. Suggestions: Chinese Football Association should follow the law of professional soccer development in full compliance. It should take the market as the center and pay attention to human resources strategy. Professional soccer talent and business management persons should be employed to take part in professional soccer management and business operations. Professional soccer clubs should build up modern company system, strengthen business management and operational capacity, and improve competitiveness in the league.
