      摘要:研究目的:分析大学生在体育教学过程中整体自我评价、运动自我评价对运动参与动机、运动能力认知、个体变异的等影响因素。使用配对样本T检验与分组回归的研究方法。研究结果发现,在体育教学过程中大学生的高个体变异与低运动参与动机是相关联的,其在体育课中更倾向于选择低风险的活动;具有相对较高整体或运动自我评价,会表现出更高的运动参与动机,反之,则会表现出较低的运动参与动机。个体变异对具有较低整体或运动自我评价的被测试学生的动机没有影响。综上所述,可以在大学体育教学中通过设置不同的体育教学形式来提高大学生的整体自我评价、运动自我评价、运动认知能力。在上述的基础上降低个体变异促使大学生喜欢体育教学、提高身体素质,这是本文的研究价值。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effects of college students’ overall self-evaluation and exercise self-evaluation in sports teaching process on motivation of sport participation, motor cognitive ability and individual variability. T paired test and grouping regression methods were used. Results: High individual variability is related to low motivation of sport participation in sports teaching process, and students with individual variability prefer to choose low risk sports. Student with high overall self-evaluation or high exercise self-evaluation has high motivation of sport participation, or vice verse. Individual variability doesn’t influence the motivation of students with low overall self-evaluation or low exercise self-evaluation. In conclusion, different teaching forms should be used in sports teaching to improve students’ overall self-evaluation, exercise self-evaluation, and motor cognitive ability, which can reduce students’ individual variability to raise their interest in sport, and to improve their physical fitness. Also this is the value of this study.
