      摘要:在计时类项目运动中,速度节奏的波动并非随机产生,而存在着复杂的调节机制。回顾了速度节奏调节机制研究的发展过程,并对近期相关研究成果进行综述。速度节奏调节机制的发展始于对最佳节奏的探索。运动中速度节奏的产生并不是外周疲劳线性作用于运动肌群的表现,而是包括大脑在内的各生理系统,通过前馈和反馈作用,在运动经验、心理状态、距离预期、生理环境等之间建立复杂的联系,由中枢有意识和无意识协同调节的结果。未来研究需构建更加量化的速度节奏的中枢调节模型,并用以指导计时类运动项目的训练和比赛。

      Abstract:In time trial sporting events,the fluctuations in velocity pacing do not appear to be random,but rather may be generated by underlying complex regulation mechanism. With retrospection to the development course of the research in velocity pacing regulation mechanism,current related studies are reviewed. The development of velocity pacing regulation mechanism began with the explorations to optimal pacing. By the feedforward and feedback mechanisms,the sophisticated connections among physiological systems besides brain,exercise experiences,mental states,endpoint teleoanticipation and internal physiological environment are established,velocity pacing is synergistically regulated by brain consciously and unconsciously,but the cause of it can not be attributed to periphery fatigue acting on the exercise muscles. Future studies are required to construct more quantitative central regulation models of velocity pacing,and to guide the training and competition of the time trial sporting events with these models.
