      摘要:运用三维摄像测量法对运动员进行三维运动学分析,结果表明: 8名运动员在开始阶段,人体重心与铁饼质心的轨迹以两种不同风格的“倒7”类型进入腾空阶段;人体重心与铁饼质心的位移说明了器械转动半径的大小,右脚离地时最小,进入腾空时达到最大,冠军李艳凤这一指标突出;两心的速度变化规律是开始一起加速,腾空时前者达到峰值,到最后用力时前者的急骤下降造成了后者的陡然上升;掌握好上肢发力时机至关重要,在一定范围内,最后出手时的肩臂拉引角越大,投掷成绩越好;最后用力阶段运动员不同程度的未能做出有效的左侧支撑用力动作。

      Abstract:The paper carried out three-dimensional kinematic analysis of athletes by using 3D camera measurement method. The results show that: in the beginning phase, the trace of the eight athletes’ body center of gravity and discus center of mass formed two different styles, entered the flight phase with the styles of “down7”.The displacement of body center of gravity and the center of discus illustrates the turning radius of device, the minimum appears when the right foot leaves off the ground and reaches maximum while enters the flight phase. The champion LI Yanfeng outstands in this index. The variation discipline of two centers is accelerating together, the former achieves the peak at the flight phase, the abrupt decline of the former caused the latter’s sharp rise at the final force. It is critical to master the contracting time, within a certain range, the larger of shoulder-arm drawing angle the better of the performance. During the final forcing stage, the athletes failed to make effective left-side bracing action to different degrees.
