      以动作发展为研究视角,针对当前幼儿体育活动内容存在的问题,通过文献资料、问 卷调查等方法对幼儿期体育活动内容的选择取向进行了理论研究,并通过对3~4岁幼儿进行 为期6个月的实验研究,提出了幼儿期体育活动内容的选择应依据:1)重视幼儿动作的准 备与经验;2)重视练习动作的身体素质构成;3)重视练习动作的负荷强度大小;4 )重视练习动作与环境的关系;5)练习动作与特定体育项目基本技术相结合等。文中还 进一步提出了幼儿体育活动内容选择的一些相关建议,以期为幼儿体育活动的设计提供有益参考。
英文摘要:
      By using the method of literature review, questionnaires and experiment to make a theory analysis on the content selection of the toddler’s physical activitie s from the perspective of motion development to solve the existing problems in t he status quo of the content of toddler’s physical activities. And by the expe rimental research on the toddlers aged three to four for six months and put forw ard the following references for the content selection of toddler’s physical a ctivities. 1) Focus on the preparation and experience of toddler’s movements; 2 ) Focus on the composition of the fitness of movements; 3) Focus on the exercise load intensity of movements; 4) Focus on the relationship between movements and environment; 5) Combine exercising movements with specific sport event techniqu es. And the paper further put forwards corresponding proposals for the content s election of toddler’s physical activities so as to provide references for the design of toddler’s physical activities.
