      摘 要:主要采用测量法对女排运动员进行蛙跳、跳深、负重半蹲快速起三种弹跳练习方法进行表面肌电测量,结果表明三种练习方法的作用不完全一致,跳台阶对臀大肌、腓肠肌的影响比较大,蛙跳和负重半蹲快速起对股四头肌、腓肠肌的影响较大。在进行弹跳练习时应考虑这些差异,依据专项需要做到因人施训。

      Abstract:Mainly using the methods of measuring,this article measured the SEMG of low limb muscles of the three bounce training methods,including leapfrog jump,jump-up-down step and quickly uprise while load exercises. The results are that: the role of the three bounce training methods is different. The jump-up-down-step exercise can mainly train the muscles of ectogluteus,gastrocnemius(back); leapfrog exercise can mainly train the muscles of musculi quadriceps femoris and gastrocnemius; quickly uprise while load and half-squat exercise can mainly train the muscles of musculi quadriceps femoris (inboard),gastrocnemius. The coach must consider these differences so as to make tailored training plan for the athletes.
