      摘 要:目的:观察有氧耐力运动及茶多酚补充对高脂膳食大鼠肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠48只,随机分为6组:安静对照组、高脂膳食组、运动对照组、高脂膳食运动组、高脂膳食低茶多酚运动组、高脂膳食高茶多酚运动组。检测大鼠肝脏T-AOC、SOD、CAT、NOS活性及MDA、NO含量。结果:高脂膳食大鼠肝脏SOD、CAT活性及MDA含量显著高于对照组;高脂膳食运动组SOD、CAT活性较高脂膳食组显著上升,MDA含量显著降低;高脂膳食茶多酚运动组SOD活性升高、CAT活性下降,MDA恢复至安静对照组水平。高脂膳食大鼠肝脏TNOS、iNOS活性及NO含量都比安静对照组显著增加;高脂膳食运动组三者较高脂膳食组显著下降。与安静对照组比较,其它5组T-AOC均显著提高,其中茶多酚补充与运动联合作用提高幅度最大。结论:有氧耐力运动可以提高高脂膳食大鼠肝脏抗氧化能力,有氧耐力运动联合茶多酚补充对高脂膳食大鼠肝脏抗氧化能力的提高效果优于单纯的有氧耐力运动。

      Abstract:Objective: To observe the influence of aerobic endurance exercise and tea polyphenols on the liver of fat-rich diet rat’s metabolize of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and reactive nitrogen species (RNS). Methods: 48 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups: Group A (quietness control group),Group B (fat-rich diet group),Group C (exercise control group),Group D (exercise+fat-rich diet group),Group E (exercise + fat-rich diet + low tea polyphenols group),Group F (exercise + fat-rich diet and high tea polyphenols group). The authors detected the activity of total anti-oxidative capacity (T-AOC),super oxide dimutese (SOD),catalase (CAT),total nitric oxide synthase (TNOS),inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and the content of malonaldehyde (MDA),nitric oxide (NO) in the rat’s liver-cell. Results: The activity of SOD and CAT,and the content of MDA in the fat-rich diet group rat’s liver-cell were significantly higher than that in the quietness control group. The activity of SOD and CAT in exercise + fat-rich diet group was significantly higher than fat-rich diet group,and the content of MDA was significantly lowered. In the exercise + fat-rich diet + tea polyphenols group,the activity of SOD was significantly increased,the activity of CAT lowered,and the content of MDA recovered to the level of quietness control group. Compared with the quietness control group,the activity of TNOS and iNOS,and the content of NO in the fat-rich diet group rat’s liver-cell were significantly increased. All the three data of the exercise + fat-rich diet group were significantly decreased compared with the fat-rich diet group. Compared with the quietness control group,the T-AOC in the other five groups was significantly increased,and the exercise combined tea polyphenols added groups increased mostly. Conclusion: Aerobic endurance training can improve the anti-oxidative capability of fat-rich diet group rat’s liver-cell. The effect of aerobic endurance training combined tea polyphenols added on improving the anti-oxidative capability was superior to mere aerobic endurance training.
