      摘 要:正手击球是网球重要的技术之一,目前对于网球技术动作的研究主要集中发球方面,而对正手击球研究较少。利用表面肌电技术对北京体育大学6名优秀网球运动员正手击球动作进行测试,研究结果发现:1.正手击球动作最先发力的肌肉是斜方肌、胫骨前肌和腓肠肌三块肌肉,三角肌前部、腓肠肌、胫骨前肌和斜方肌用力时间比其他肌肉长;2.主要用力肌肉是肱二头肌、斜方肌、三角肌前部、肱桡肌以及胸大肌;3.研究结果表明表面肌电测试分析技术可以用于诊断网球击球动作合理性。

      Abstract:Tennis forehand stroke is an important technique. At present, the studies of tennis techniques mainly focus on the serve while the studies on the forehand stroke are a few. The study tests the forehand stroke technique of six elite tennis players in Beijing Sport University by the Surface EMG. And the results are as follows. 1. Trapezius, tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius were involved in the motion at first.The activation of tibialis anterior, trapezius, deltoid anterior and gastrocnemius is longer than the others;2. Trapezius, anterior deltoid, biceps and brachioradialis muscles and the pectoralis major muscle is the major part of all the muscles involved in the forehand;3. sEMG technique can be used to study the rationality of the action of tennis forehand.
