      摘 要:目的:探讨运动与限食干预对青年雄性肥胖大鼠血清睾酮的影响。方法:采用双因素析因实验设计,肥胖模型建立后将肥胖大鼠按体重随机分为限食组、运动组、运动限食组、肥胖安静对照组。各组继续喂食高脂饲料,限食组喂食量为对照组喂食量的80%。游泳运动,5周,6 d/周,90 min/d。最后一次运动结束后60 min宰杀大鼠,分离血清测定睾酮。结果:1)对体重的影响:运动、限食主效应显著(p<0.001或0.01),交互作用不显著(P>0.05)。2)对大鼠血清睾酮的影响:运动与限食交互作用显著(P<0.01)。结论:青年雄性肥胖大鼠采用游泳运动方法减肥时,限食与否将对其血清睾酮产生不同的影响。

      Abstract:Objective: This study was carried out to investigate the effects of swimming and caloric restriction on plasma testosterone in obese male rats.Methods: After the models of obesity were prepared successfully,those fat rats were randomized to four groups:caloric restriction(CR) group(n=7),regular exercise(EX) group(n=9), caloric restriction with exercise group(n=9)and control group(n=7). They were continued to be fed with high fat diet, CR rats were fed to the 80% mean daily intake of control rats.The exercise form is swimming and they swam for 5 weeks (6 d/w,90 min/d). 60 hours after last exercise, all rats were anaeshetized with Urethane.Serum was separated by centrifligation and stored at – 20℃ until used for hormone measurement. Result:①CR or ER reduced the weight of the obese male rats significantly(p<0.001or 0.01), there was not an interaction between them(p>0.05).②For the plasma testosterone in obese male rats,there was an interaction between EX and CR(P<0.01 ).Conclusion:It is concluded that whether caloric restriction or not will exert different influence on plasma testosterone in obese male rats when they are lossing weight by swimming.
