      目的:探讨振动刺激对大鼠废用性比目鱼肌萎缩的影响作用。方法:将40只雌性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(A)、振动组(B)、悬吊组(C)、自然恢复组(D)等4组。悬吊14 d后,取C组大鼠比目鱼肌称其湿重,振动刺激训练4周后取其余3组大鼠比目鱼肌称其湿重,比较4组湿重体重比。并对大鼠比目鱼肌Ⅰ、Ⅱ型肌纤维比例、平均横截面积(CSA)进行定量分析。结果:与A组相比,C组湿重体重比明显减小,Ⅰ型纤维比例减少而Ⅱ型纤维比例增加(P<0.05)。BD组湿重体重比、Ⅰ型平均横截面积高于C组,B组Ⅰ型肌纤维的比例高于C组(P<0.05)。结论振动刺激能有效地对抗悬吊引起的大鼠比目鱼肌废用性萎缩。
